be made aware of undesirable issues.  In the home-buying experience, it is common
to get excited and forget or overlook things that could be wrong with the home or
property.  This is sometimes referred to as "buyer's fever."  Days or weeks later,
reality begins setting in.

We are here to give a balanced evaluation and to prevent buyer's fever from
destroying your good judgment.   We exist to inform and protect the buyer.

Every inspection is performed by a seasoned, experienced, State of Texas licensed Professional

Inspector who has gathered a wealth of knowledge and experience relating to your home or

investment property. 

The inspector takes the time to get his hands on as much of the building as possible and give

a thorough sampling of the areas needing repair.

Upon request, we can perform a sewer main drain line inspection using our sewer camera. (additional fee applies)

Special features of an A+ Home Inspection:

A detailed foundation inspection is performed.

Digital pictures of issues and hazards found in the  home are included with each report. 

We test the smoke detectors for proper operation.

The temperatures of all Heat/Air Conditioner vents in the home are checked with a
remote infrared tester while the systems are running.

We open the breaker box to check for improper wiring connections.

We climb on and view the roof if it is accessible and safe.

We thoroughly crawl all accessible areas of pier and beam crawl space foundations.

We inspect all accessible attics.

Toilets are flushed at least 5 times.  Water fixtures are run for extended periods.

The Tramex Moisture Encounter is used to detect moisture in walls, wood, and more.

Security system inspections by licensed persons are included at no additional cost when requested.

Wood Destroying Insect inspections are available upon request from licensed pest control operators.
